Price

All of our prices are in GBP. Prices do not include delivery.

VAT and Taxes

All of our prices are inclusive of VAT.

Overseas orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are charged upon arrival to destination address. These charges are to be paid by the purchaser.

Our Items

Our items are in restored or original condition. Some will show signs of use and age related wear.

Every care is made to ensure that our descriptions and measurements are as accurate as possible.

If you would like further photos and detailed condition reports for any item then they can be provided on request.

All items remain the property of Kiki Design until they have been paid for in full.

Furniture and lighting:

Due to the nature and age of our furniture and lighting - unless otherwise stated all of these items are sold for decorative purposes only.   We will be happy to give advice at time of purchase if you would like to change the use of any specific item.

Payment

Payments may be made by debit card (free) credit card (2% additional cost) BACS payment or cheque.

Items can only be collected or delivered once payment has been cleared

Delivery and Collection

All items purchased from Kiki Design are left at our premises at the owners’ risk and must be collected within one week of purchase. Storage will be charged at £5.00 per day after one week. Collection cannot be made until the storage has been paid for.

All shippers will be required to sign a collection note. If Kiki Design is responsible for delivery then a delivery note must be signed on receipt of goods.

Returns

Online Purchases:

Purchasers may return items bought unseen via our website provided they call us within 7 days of receipt of goods.

Items purchased via our website may then be returned within an agreed period. All returns must be in original packing (if applicable) or properly packaged and returned by our carrier (regardless of the method of transport used to deliver them) Return shipping or charges are incurred at the purchasers own expense. All initial shipping costs, including packing and insurance are non-refundable.

Upon receipt of items returned within the agreed period, a full refund will be made (excluding delivery and return costs) before the end of a thirty day period from receipt of the goods at Kiki Design, provided the goods arrive undamaged and in original condition.

Where an item has been specially customised for a client at their specific request, and an invoice drawn for that customisation, we cannot accept those goods for return.

Fair and shop purchases:

We do not offer refunds on items bought at fairs or the shop unless agreed in advance. In such circumstances an agreement will be signed in advance with all relevant conditions.
